Mondays  - Yoga @ Forestville 9.30am - 11am (90mins) 

Tuesdays - Prenatal @ RNS Hospital* 5 - 6pm 
& 6.30-7.30pm (60mins each class)

Wednesdays - Northbridge 5.45 - 6.45pm & 7pm-8pm (60 mins) @ Evolve Personal Health & Fitness

Thursdays - Private Lessons by appointment

Payment is by cash/cheque/direct deposit only. 
Please make cheques payable to Yoga Bhoga Pty. Ltd.

 

Please complete an enrolment form, which provides me with your health history and personal details which is strictly confidential.   Thank You!

 

·       Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion & water bottle. (Northbridge only).

·       Please wear comfortable clothing; minimum jewellery and hair tie.

·       Please do not eat 2hrs before class;

·       Please arrive 10mins early so that you have time to settle;

·       If you have had a serious illness in the last 18mths please speak with me before enrolling.

·       If you have back, neck or knee problems, please inform me before class.
